We were faced with a tricky situation, we had put a deposit on a house we fell in love with before selling our existing property as we had verbal approval for the loan, however the broker we had was unable to secure the loan and wasted time. We were recommended to Kelly and she took it on in the most professional and thorough manner. We then had a close deadline, a large bridging loan to get, and tricky title issues which had to be resolved before we could get the loan. Kelly is an amazing communicator she was in constant contact with me, the solicitor and bank, and helped us work through everything, she had a great relationship with the bank and knew all about their processes so was able to speed things up. Thanks to Kelly the loan went through in time for settlement. This was a very stressful time for me and Kelly was always there to answer any questions and reassure me during the whole process, amazing. I will be recommending Kelly to everybody and will always be using her for any future financial needs.
